EverLine SOPs operates RidgeDesk, an AI-assisted receptionist and lead-capture service. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website, onboarding forms, demonstrations, and phone services.

We may collect business contact details, caller names and phone numbers, property and service-request details, call transcripts, recordings when enabled, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide demonstrations, configure and operate RidgeDesk, deliver leads, improve call quality, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for voice automation, telephone service, workflow automation, email delivery, hosting, and business productivity. They process information only as needed to provide those services.

AI and call notice

RidgeDesk callers interact with a virtual receptionist. Calls may be transcribed and, where disclosed and permitted, recorded for service delivery and quality assurance. Customers are responsible for any additional notices required in their jurisdiction.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for operations, support, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
